In a ceramic workshop in Chaozhou, China, we encountered a way of making shaped by time. Generations of craftsmen work with quiet precision, refining glaze tones, repeating processes, and allowing each piece to arrive at its final form without haste. Through hands carrying years of experience, clay becomes an object with weight, warmth, and intention. Together with Red Dot Award–winning designers, the Mushroom Bowl took shape, guided by both design thinking and traditional craft. This one-piece ceramic bowl is designed to simplify daily feeding routines through a focus on hygiene and anatomical support. The seamless, integrated construction eliminates hidden gaps where food residue can accumulate, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
